Zippy Broadband - Wireless High Speed Internet Service
Challenge: Zippy Broadband is a ground-breaking wireless high speed internet company with coverage growing across the United States in over 30 markets. However, Zippy found it difficult to order prospect lists solely within the coverage areas of their broadband towers. This was because most list companies limited them to purchasing zip codes or carrier routes – much larger areas of geography than some of their tower coverage areas. Zippy Broadband was wasting thousands of direct mail and telemarketing dollars on prospects they were unable to sign up for service.
Solution: MMDR’s experienced field marketing staff was able to create custom latitude/longitude points and radiate around these points to create prospect boundaries within the exact coverage areas of Zippy Broadband’s markets.
Results: MMDR ordered one year usage lists for all of Zippy Broadband’s existing markets and saved the client over $97,000 on their prospect and telemarketing list costs (versus ordering zip code data).
